EXO fans overload 'EXO-L' global fansite servers shortly after launch

The agency announced the launch of EXO's official global fan club yesterday with the start of the homepage (https://exo-l.smtown.com/) as well as a mobile app to begin the fan club's recruitment process. However, the EXO-L website server was overloaded with heavy traffic only an hour after the applications were opened. It's currently still down, making EXO-L all over the world more impatient by the minute.

SM Entertainment stated, "We made thorough estimations about the number of visitors, but the response was hotter than expected. We're doing our best to extend the servers for seamless communication. We want to express our thanks for the unexpected response."

[Updated] EXO announce fanclub name, 'EXO-L'!

It's just been announced that the group's global official fanclub will be launching today at 12PM KST with the start of the homepage (https://exo-l.smtown.com/) as well as a mobile app to begin its recruitment process.

If you haven't already guessed, EXO-L stands for EXO-LOVE. L is also the letter in between K and M, so it also serves to signify fans who love EXO, a group made up of EXO-K and EXO-M, and also carries the meaning that EXO and the fans are one - like EXO's team slogan 'We Are One'.

The fanclub will also be run through a specialized mobile app to allow for more ease of use for fans around the world. Those who join the fanclub will be given a special barcode with their mobile membership card and this will grant them access to exclusive chatting events and various EXO contents and schedules.

To celebrate the launch of their official fanclub, there are also special events in store for the month of August - a chatting event once a week starting from August 6th, and a quiz event that will allow you to win prizes by answering quiz questions about EXO.

Those interested in officially becoming a part of EXO-L can download the mobile app or access the homepage on their computers.

So congrats to EXO fans who now have an official name to call themselves!

Grazia Magazine featured EXO‘s dancing pair and youngest members Sehun and Kai for the magazine’s new issue to be released this August. 

The dancing duo’s theme for this photoshoot is all about youth, both being born in 1994 and taking the role of the youngest members in the famous boy group. Sehun and Kai also showed off their fresh looks and comfortably posed for the magazine like real-life models, temporarily leaving the performance stage to enjoy the camera lights. Aside from the photo shoot, they were also sat down for an interview. The making of and behind-the-scenes video will also be uploaded on Grazia Magazine’s official facebook. 

Grazia Magazine with EXO’s Sehun and Kai on the main cover will be released on August 5.
